If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product you have purchased from us, you may return it in unused condition within 30 days of purchase for exchange, credit or full refund minus shipping charges

After 30 days, a 20% restocking fee charge is required(minimum $8.00 fee).

Any garments that have been worn, washed or used will have a 20% restocking fee and customer will be charged for shipping of new garment.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise

If you receive merchandise that is damamged, defective, or the wrong item, please call 469-361-2416 before completing the steps above

International orders will have an additional 35% or a minimum of $35 added to the total cost to cover international shipping cost.  All Canadain shipments the buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes.

We no longer ship bows, arrows, or broadheads to Europe, Asia, MiddleEast, and Indonesia.

All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and US Territories we will add an additional $8.00 for shipping. 

BULK ITEMS LIKE BOWS AND TREE STAND WILL HAVE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGES ADDED AFTER ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. ALL RATES ARE BASED UPON SHIPPING ADDRESS, WEIGHT, AND DIMENSION.
