Bought this as a gift for the wife,she was having problems after we moved her bow from 35lbs to 45lbs draw weight.After about 5 weeks with the BowFit Archery Exerciser she developed a smooth effortless draw at 45lbs. Now she wants to go to 50lbs.I use it also practicing my draw and form.Great product.
